A Peek at the Aggregate EScore Data from February 25, 2008!!

Home > News > Article
The staff at the CFR are beginning to regularly look at the data that is being generated in EScore. The latest EScore data download occurred on Monday, February 25, 2008. This data download was remarkable in a number of ways.

First and foremost, the number of new cases entered since the last download two weeks ago is a 25% increase... which is over DOUBLE the rate of increase we have been witnessing over the last month. There are currently 994 total youths registered with 62.1% male and 27.9% female. Things are really picking up steam! We are poised to cross the magical threshold of 1000 registered cases.... stay tuned!

Second, we now have referral source data on over on-third of the sample, which means that counties are doing a better job of entering new information about old cases that we had migrated from the databases on the old ESCORE platform. Way to go counties!

Speaking of referral sources, juvenile courts continue to be the number one source of referrals at fully 25% of all cases, followed by mental health at 15% and self-referred at 13%.

Last but certainly not least, we now have data entered from 20 counties! Those 20 counties include Allen, Butler, Champaign, Columbiana, Erie, Fairfield, Gallia, Guernsey, Harrison, Logan, Madison, Mahoning, Medina, Preble, Putnam, Sandusky, Stark, Summit, Wayne, and Williams. Way to go counties! Keep up the excellent work!
