Contacting User Support

Users may contact user support while logged in to the GRADcis site by clicking on the Help link in the menu under the faces on the website header. Users having trouble logging in may also contact user support via the link Forget your password?. The Support Page is monitored Monday through Friday from 8:00 am (EST) to 5:00 pm (EST) and is the fastest and most efficient means for users to receive immediate support.

Session Timeout

A user will be automatically logged out if they have been inactive or idle for 60 minutes. Being idle that means that the user has not clicked a button or a link (i.e. a new page has not been loaded) within that time.
