Security for Usernames and Passwords
The GRADcis system is a multi-tiered secure website environment. Individual user accounts are monitored 24 hours a day for the purpose of maintaining the overall security of the system and the data contained in the site. In order to ensure that the privacy of usernames and passwords is maintained, the system will periodically require that the user authenticate and/or update his or her current password in the system. If you need assistance with the authentication process, please contact a member of the GRADcis technology team and someone will assist you.
Selecting a New Password
New users are required to select a password after their first successful login to the system. Users are also required to periodically update their password as a security feature due to the sensitive nature of the data contained in the GRADcis system. Users will also have to select a new password if they have forgotten their old password and contact GRADcis to have it reset.
