The GRAD Core Agency Package provides on-line access to the GRAD assessment for a monthly service fee with the additional costs assessed for the agency's choice of assessment bundles. Packages of 10, 50 or 100 assessments are available.
This offering includes:
- Core package agencies have the choice to purchase a bundle of 10, 50 or 100 GRAD assessments
- A unique GRAD ID number will be generated for each new case assigned for easy follow-up
- Access to registration bundle (personal identifier information front page, transitional risks, and additional family data fields)
- Youth finder tool
- Core Package Agencies may access the 132-item GRAD assessment (user choice of youth, parent or professional version)
- Instantaneous scoring of the items as 11 domains of high, moderate, or low risk
- A printable results page that is time and date stamped
- On-line access to assessment score interpretations and generic service recommendation pages
- Database storage for all GRADs and related information conducted within a subscription year
